Returns

We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase for non-custom items. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

Bring your item back to our Mt. Vernon showroom within 30 days of purchase for an exchange. We’ll help you find the perfect piece.

Custom Orders

Custom-made jewelry and personalized items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Non-Returnable Items

• Pierced earrings (for sanitary reasons)
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
• Sale items (unless defective)
